Perseverance

Perseverance is about not giving up. It’s a term for those who keep going despite difficult conditions. Many great people have shown us that the will to persevere, to keep going, despite real difficulties can result in great achievement.

When I think of perseverance, I think of Terry Fox who ran almost an entire marathon each day (23.3 miles) for 143 days straight with one prosthetic leg to raise funds for cancer research. I think of Winston Churchill who overcame his dyslexia, a learning disability, to become one of the most important leaders of the 20th century and winner of a Nobel Prize for literature.

What are your difficult conditions you want to overcome? And what is it that you want to achieve?
