How I got my job:

I made a good impression at my last job and someone noticed and remembered me when hiring at a new company. I then competed for the new job position by going through several interviews and ended up getting the job.

Nothing worthwhile in life ever comes easy. Never let someone else tell you who you can be or what you can do in life. Make your own decisions and live with them.
